Complaints procedure

If parents have any concerns about the welfare or progress of their children it is important to share them with the school at an early stage. Most problems can be resolved quickly when the school and parents work together. In the first instance please contact your child’s tutor or Head of Year by phone (01773 825281) or by sending an email to the School. If you prefer you could send a letter to the school addressed to the tutor or Head of Year.

If it is an issue relating to a particular subject area you could address your problem to your child’s subject teacher or the Head of Faculty by letter, phone or email as above.

For any other concerns or if you feel that matters are more serious or if you have a complaint, please direct your communication to a member of the Senior Leadership Team (Deputy Head or Assistant Heads) or to the Headteacher. You can also contact the Chair of Governors via the school.

We will do our best to resolve all concerns and complaints promptly and to your satisfaction.
