Examinations
Welcome to the Examination section of the Belper School website. Here, you'll find information on current timetables, forthcoming dates for the diary, policy details, results service and certificate requests.
Belper School is registered and approved with all of the major Exam Boards; AQA, OCR, Edexcel and WJEC.
The main examination periods for 2013 are:-
Summer exams - Mon 13th May - Weds 26th June 2013
Y9 summer exams - Mon 8th - Fri 12th July 2013
Please be aware that in addition to these dates students may be expected to undertake internal assessments and have coursework deadlines.
Results Days
GCE AS/A2
Thursday 15th August 2013
(years 12 & 13)
9.00 am – 12.00 pm – Nixon Common Room
12.00 pm – 4.00 pm – Reception
GCSE
Thursday 22rd August 2013
(years 10 & 11 plus resits)
09.00 am – 12.00 pm – Nixon Common Room
12.00 pm – 4.00 pm – Reception
You MUST bring ID with you.
If someone else is collecting your results for you, that person MUST have his or her own ID, plus a letter from you, giving permission to collect.
If you do not have ID (letter and ID if you are collecting for someone else), you will not be given your results!
Any results not collected will be posted at 4.00pm on the results day.
Exam Certificates Summer 2013
GCE and GCSE Certificates are available from VISITORS RECEPTION from Tuesday 12th November 2013 and can be collected between 9am and 3pm. Students are reminded that they must bring photographic ID.
